The Haynes Management, Inc. Brokerage Team Completes over 86,000 SF in Leases in Newton, Lexington and Wellesley, Massachusetts
The brokerage team of Vida Doyle and Mike Hoban had a busy fall representing twelve Landlords in 50 transactions totaling over 86,000 square feet. All of the transactions were with new Tenants joining the Haynes Management portfolio or existing Tenants expanding in the towns of Newton, Lexington and Wellesley, Massachusetts. On Washington Street in Wellesley, leases totaled 33,000 square feet. On Walnut Street in Wellesley, transactions totaled 10,800 square feet. In various buildings around Wellesley including 892 Worcester Street, 40 Grove Street and 16 Laurel Avenue, leases totaled 32,500 square feet. Lastly in Lexington and Newton Upper Falls, leases were signed totaling 9,800 square feet.
