The brokerage team of Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban had a very busy start to 2016 and recently represented six Landlords in nine transactions totaling 16,226 square feet. All of the transactions were with new Tenants joining the Haynes Management portfolio in the towns of Lexington, Marlborough and Wellesley. A deal in Lexington at 1050 Waltham Street bring the building’s occupancy to 100%! At 47 River Street in Wellesley Hills, two leases were signed and bring occupancy to 100%. Next door at 44 Washington Street, a new roofing business joined the multi-Tenant office building and bring its occupancy to 100%. At 37 Walnut Street in Wellesley Hills we leased 2,220 square feet to a venture capital firm and in Wellesley Square at 40 Grove Street, a financial services group leased 1,306 square feet. Only one space remains in the building. 10 Laurel Avenue in Wellesley Hills is now 100% occupied with the leasing of a 1,518 square foot suite and next door at 16 Laurel Avenue, a 2,675 square foot suite was leased. Lastly in Marlborough at 2 Mount Royal Avenue, a 3,789 square foot suite was leased by R.W. Holmes leaving only two available suites remaining in the building.
The outlook for a continued busy spring and start of summer looks very promising.
