Construction Project Coordinator/Manager

Small property management company in Metro West is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator/Manager. Qualified person must have current CSL license and ability to manage small commercial office building renovations from start to finish. Duties include pulling permits, estimating and scheduling jobs, ordering material, coordinating/overseeing multiple trades. Must have working knowledge of current building codes, experience working in occupied buildings, managing staff and interacting with customers, subcontractors, building department officials, engineers, architects and tenants.
